2025 Christmas Trees
It's that time of year again! Get ready to reserve your beautiful CHRISTMAS TREE and WREATH! The Cheverly Community Market is thrilled to partner with Mayne's Tree Farm once more to bring you stunning Maryland-grown trees and wreaths for this holiday season. Important Dates

Trees must be pre-ordered by noon on Wednesday, November 26th.

We will have very few extra trees on hand and encourage everyone to pre-order their tree.

Mark your calendars for Saturday, December 6th to pick up your tree.

Tree Options

We are selling two types of trees, Douglas and Fraser Fir, in the following sizes: 5-6 feet; 6-7 feet; and 7-8 feet.

If you are looking for a 7-foot tree, we highly recommend ordering in the 7-8 ft range to avoid getting a tree that falls closer to 6 ft.

Keep in mind that our trees come from a small, family-run farm rather than a commercial operation that churns out identical trees. Each tree is lush and stunning, with unique characteristics that vary from season to season.

Pricing

22" Evergreen Wreaths are $30. The farm needs wreath orders as soon as possible because they are handmade.

Tree ordering process
Ordering ends Wednesday, November 26th at noon. Please note that it is a hard deadline. We must submit our order to the farm on a tight deadline. We want to make your holiday dreams come true, but we cannot accept late orders.

The fine print

If you wish to pay by check or cash, you must place your order at the market. Please come by the CCM welcome table to place your order.

We are happy to answer questions via email and social media, but please note that we will not be accepting orders through email, text, social media, or phone calls.

To complete your order, you must receive an email confirmation.

Tree Pick Up

Trees and wreaths will be available for pick up Saturday, December 6th from 7:30-10:00 a.m. at the Cheverly Community Center parking lot.

Please bring your email confirmation to pick up your tree and/or wreath.

We may have a few extra trees, but pre-ordering is the only way to guarantee we will have a tree for you.

This year we are partnering with Cheverly Village to spread some holiday cheer to its members with our beautiful wreaths. You can add one to your order, and we'll ensure a wreath is delivered to a member's home. Buy here.

Fraser Fir
FRASER Features short, soft, dark-green needles with silver undersides revealed by upturning branches that are capable of carrying heavy ornaments. Its lovely fragrance makes it one of the most popular Christmas trees.

Douglas Fir
DOUGLAS Features blue-green to bright green needles, which carry a very pleasant citrus/lemon-orange aroma when cut or crushed. The Douglas fir needles radiate in all directions from the branch and are slightly longer than the Fraser needles.
